Shipping:

Here at Precision Bike Lube, we do our best to ship orders from our warehouse the same day when placed before 2:00 PM EST, Monday - Friday.

We ship orders via UPS. The UPS rates quoted at checkout are actual rates from the UPS shipping rate schedule, determined by weight and size of package and destination zip code. Tracking numbers for your shipment will be emailed to you once we update your order to shipped status.

In certain cases, Precision Bike Lube reserves the right to substitute shipping with USPS Priority or Express Mail, UPS or FedEx. All of our products are Non-Hazardous and biodegradable.

Returns:

We believe in offering the very best in value, quality and service. You may return unopened lubricants for a refund, or exchange within 30 days from the date of purchase. You must email us first to obtain a RMA number for your return or exchange before sending back your item. For any item purchased please follow the Return or Exchange directions below.

To Return or Exchange an item by Mail:

1. Use our contact form to send us a request for an RMA number. Please include information about your order including product(s) you would like to return and order number.

2. We will respond within one business day with your RMA number. We will reimburse your cost of shipping ONLY if you received an item different from what you ordered.

3. Box the item securely. The original invoice is required, please write the RMA number somewhere on the invoice. Send the item to the address below.

4. We will issue a credit to the original credit card for the cost of the item and the sales tax, if applicable. Please allow 10 to 15 business days for the credit to appear on your credit card statement. Shipping charges are not refundable (except if your received the wrong item), and shipping will be charged for the new items(s) sent.
